Claire and Andrew - Ghillie Dhu , Mal Maison ,Edinburgh

Phil was the photographer at our wedding in April 2013. The wedding was over two days, and Phil attended both the ceremony on the Friday afternoon and the reception on the Saturday night.

From the start, Phil was full of ideas. He had been to both venues before, and had already begun to think about the best way to go about things. On the day, Phil was great. He visited both the bride and groom before the ceremony, and took very natural photos.
One of the things i was anxious about was posing for 'wedding' photos, but none of the photos he took were awkward or cheesy. a lot of the time i wasn't even aware of the photos being taken, so the end result was much more natural. the group photos went smoothly, with Phil managing the wedding party well despite the increasing amounts of alcohol being consumed by the guests. The photos of the bride and groom were stunning, and he made us both feel at ease throughout.
We would highly recommend Phil to anyone that requires a professional photographer, and personally wouldn't use anyone else.
